Carolyn Ferguson is Montrose’s Director of Finance and Administration and is responsible for both the overall financial planning and strategy and the implementation of financial policies, procedures and reporting at corporate and project levels.  As part of the senior management team at Montrose, Carolyn is the key link to managing the financial success of projects and ensuring that they fit in with the company’s strategic ambitions.

Carolyn started her career working for Christie’s auction house in London as a Senior Administrator and Assistant Business Manager for a number of years.  These roles allowed her to develop strong business analysis, budgeting and organisational skills whilst in charge of 12 different auction departments across the globe. She prides herself on having a commercial outlook and to put the company’s visions in practice by ensuring that financial and non-financial personnel understand how they fit into the organisation’s commercial success.
