UNICEF evaluation reports are reviewed by an independent Global Evaluation Reports Oversight System (GEROS), which provides quality assurance and promotes high evaluation standards. The tool includes a weighting system and an adjusted rating scale.

Montrose Myanmar scored very highly on the GEROS system for their performance evaluation of UNICEF’s School-based In-Service Teacher Education (SITE) programme and achieved the highest score attainable for their performance evaluation of UNICEF’s Township Education Improvement Plan (TEIP).
