Montrose attended the Open Data Institute (ODI) Summit at the BFI Southbank, London on Tuesday 1 November 2016. The conference showcased numerous stories from around the world on how individuals, private sector, governments, civil society and NGOs are innovating with open data to tackle economic, social and environmental challenges. Presentations ranged from start-ups to high profile speakers such as Sir Tim Berners-Lee (creator of the World Wide Web), Sir Nigel Shadbolt (Artificial Intelligence Expert), and Baroness Martha Lane Fox (founder of lastminute.com).
