Our team have a wealth of experience in providing Environmental and Social Impact Assessments across Africa, Asia and Europe. Through their respective careers, team members have lead, directed and reviewed environmental assessments for regulatory and project financing purposes.

We have successfully formulated numerous Environmental Management Plans for construction, operation and decommissioning/closure phases of oil and gas, mining, industrial, agri-business, major civil infrastructure and linear projects.
High Conservation Value Assessments:
High Conservation Values (HCVs) are biological, ecological, social or cultural values that are considered outstandingly significant or critically important at the national, regional or global level. We provide consultancy services for producers, purchasers and investors to help them understand and implement the HCV approach. Our team includes experts in a wide range of relevant areas including biodiversity, conservation, ecology, environmental specialists, social scientists and anthropology.
Auditing:
Our international ESIA experience, international auditing qualifications and international auditing assignments completed to date, enable us to perform unbiased auditing services for lenders and clients alike. Our experience includes statutory compliance audits, due diligence audits (for capital investment purposes), EMP audits, HCV (High Conservation Value) audits, ESIA report and process audits to assess compliance to lender requirements (e.g. Equator Principles and IFC Standards) across continents in the mining, oil and gas, industrial, agri-business, major civil infrastructure and linear industries.
